About the role
Our client is a well-established family-owned business supplying timber Wall Frames, Roof Trusses and other related products throughout Victoria for 30 years. 

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Wall Framer to join their team in Sunshine. 
 
Hours: 
Monday – Thursday, 6:45am – 3:15pm 
Friday, 6:45am - 2:30pm 

Rate: 
$29.33 p/hour, base rate this will be amended based on experience level.
Earn a minimum of $1,151/weekly 

Duties: 
  • Using table tools to cut timber pieces. 
  • Determine the dimensions of the framework to be constructed based off construction drawings, measure, and cut the required building materials accordingly, and assemble the materials to form the framework.
  • Assembling wall frames, when needed assist with floor and roof truss assembly. 
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the assembly of timber Frames & Trusses and the ability to work unsupervised. 
    
To be successful in this role, applicants must also: 
  • Be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting. 
  • Have the ability to read and understand simple drawings. 
  • Be reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team. 
  • Have reliable transport. 
  • Have the ability to use a variety of power tools. 
  • Be OH&S conscious. 
  • Must have full working rights.
