Front Office Supervisor/Relief Administration Assistant
Premium hospitality venue
Salary negotiable based on experience

Our client is one of the best-known premium level hospitality groups in the region. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated staff in ensuring exceptional customer experience and completion of duties with accuracy and efficiency. As the Relief Administration Assistant, you will undertake the varied clerical responsibilities assigned by the Administration Team.
Duties:
F
irst point of contact for members and guests
Undertake training of new staff members
Develop practices to deliver customer positive experience
Develop practices to ensure consistency and accuracy in front office duties
Maintenance of office files and records
Inward and outward correspondence.
Preparation of reports and Agenda’s
Dictaphone and board minute experience preferred
Processing of invoices
Data entry
Accurate and speed typing preferred
Upkeep of online restaurant booking system
Maintain member database
Assist with other aspects of management of the facility as instructed by management
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, and well-presented individual with strong leadership skills who feels they are able to take the next step in their career.
Essential Criteria:
Strong leadership skills
Previous experience in a leadership role
Ability to work independently, initiate and complete tasks.
Ability to learn new software program
Ability to carry out procedures and instructions allocated by Senior Management
Ability to prioritise and multitask to ensure smooth operations of the office.

Excellent communication skills

Reliable, and well presented
RSA and/or RCG (not essential but required to attain)
