Quest Personnel is currently seeking reliable, motivated, and hard-working Machine Operators and Production Workers.

 
About the Role:

As a Machine Operator or Production Worker, you'll play a key hands-on role in the production process. Your main responsibility will be to ensure machines and production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining product quality.

This is a physical role involving manual handling of 5kg to 20kg, working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Depending on the role, your duties may include:

Machine operation and production line support
Manual handling of products up to 15kg
Processing and packaging products efficiently and accurately
Meeting production and dispatch deadlines
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

To be successful across these roles, you will ideally have:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday (45+ hours/week)
A valid driver’s license and reliable transport
Willingness to undergo a drug & alcohol test and provide a clean police clearance
