Location: Perth Metro (Canning Vale / Jandakot / O'Connor / Kewdale)

Pay Rate: $35–$38 per hour + penalties

Quest Personnel is a national recruitment agency currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Workers, Warehouse Staff, and Machine Operators to join the teams of leading organisations across the Perth metropolitan area. These roles offer ongoing, full-time hours with well-established companies operating in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hand, power, and air tools safely and efficiently
• Run or assist with machine operations within a factory setting
• Perform general duties on the production line
• Handle manual lifting (up to 15kg)
• Work to daily production and dispatch deadlines
• Process goods accurately and efficiently
• Carry out general warehouse tasks
• Operate a forklift (valid license required)
  
  What We’re Looking For:
  
  Experience using hand, power, and air tools
  Forklift license and proven experience
  Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  Self-motivated and dependable team player
  Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg
  Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  Full availability Monday to Friday (38+ hours/week)
  Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  Positive attitude and solid work ethic
