Team Lead – Glass Warehouse
Yatala | $37.75 per hour | Morning Shift

Quest Personnel is urgently seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Yatala Glass Warehouse site. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident, organised, and calm under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency.

Shift Options:
Monday-Friday 4:00am–12:00pm or 6:00am–2:00pm

About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading daily warehouse and transport operations while ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support warehouse and transport teams
Coordinate fleet allocation and workflow planning
Deliver toolbox talks and enforce site processes
Monitor dispatch, loading, and operational timelines
Maintain clear communication across warehouse and transport teams
Support forklift and warehouse operations when required
About You:

Proven leadership experience in warehousing or logistics
Experience in fleet management and allocation
Strong computer skills
Professional communicator with the ability to direct teams confidently
Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset
Forklift Licence preferred but not essential
First Aid or White Card advantageous
