Quest Personnel is seeking an experienced Walking Floor Truck Driver to join a busy Logistics operations based at Crestmead. This role involves regular shuttle runs between Crestmead and Gibson Island, operating a near-new MAN prime mover (approximately 12 months old) with a brand new walking floor trailer.

This is a stable, ongoing opportunity ideal for drivers who prefer specialised equipment, consistent local runs, and a modern fleet.

Shift time: 2:30pm – 12:30am
Afternoon into night shift
Consistent start and finish times
 
What’s on offer
Base rate: $45.93 per hour
Overtime, weekend, and public holiday work occasionally on offer

The role
Operate a walking floor trailer on local shuttle runs
Complete regular trips between Crestmead and Gibson Island
Safely load, transport, and unload product using walking floor equipment
Conduct daily pre-start checks and report any defects immediately
Accurately complete run sheets and delivery documentation
Comply with all WHS, fatigue management, and site safety requirements
 
What you’ll need
Valid heavy vehicle licence relevant to the role
Walking floor or bulk haulage experience preferred
(or strong confidence to learn specialised trailer operation)
Strong safety focus and reliable work history
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Must provide a Traffic History Report from within the last two weeks
