As they expand, they are looking for an experienced and motivated hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and team excellence.
The Role:
As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and team leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from warehouse to customer, supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment processes.
Hands on, Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement best practices.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
Strong hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
