Experienced Process Operator / Machine Operator

Employment Type: Casual (Overtime Available)
Pay Rate: $38 – $40 per hour
Start Times: 5:00am or 6:00am
Roster: Monday to Friday | Approx. 40 hours per week

Take a hands-on role in keeping production lines running smoothly. We are currently seeking experienced Process Operators / Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery
Accurately feed raw materials into equipment
Stack, bundle, and palletise finished products
Complete routine quality checks and inspections
Pack finished products efficiently and safely
Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
Willing and able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
Clean police record
Relevant qualifications or industry certificates (manufacturing, mechanical, or process operations) – highly regarded
