We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service & Phone Sales Consultant to join our client's growing team. This is a fully office-based role where you will be speaking with customers who have already registered interest online and converting those enquiries into sales.

About the Role

Make outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in our products or services
Provide clear, friendly, and professional information to customers
Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
Convert enquiries into successful sales outcomes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
About You

Strong communication and listening skills
Confident speaking on the phone and engaging with customers
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Target-driven but customer-focused
Previous phone-based customer service or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential
