We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Acacia Ridge. These ongoing roles offer great conditions, consistent hours, and opportunities to grow.

 
About the Role
You will operate production machinery, monitor quality, and ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing line. Full training is provided — we’re looking for switched-on, mechanically minded individuals with strong attention to detail.

 
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Feeding materials and ensuring correct setup
Running quality checks and recording production data
Troubleshooting minor issues and maintaining workflow
Following WHS procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
 
What We’re Looking For
Previous machine operating or production experience (advantageous)
Mechanically minded with good problem-solving ability
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
 
Shifts & Pay Rates
6:00am – 2:00pm → $31.85 per hour
2:00pm – 10:00pm → $36.63 per hour
Ongoing, consistent hours in a stable manufacturing environment
