What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating a welcoming, high-touch customer experience
Driving sales and motivating your team to smash KPIs
Managing stock, deliveries, and visual merchandising
Coaching and rostering staff to bring out their best
Keeping the store looking sharp and polished
Handling reporting, admin, and store operations with ease
Collaborating with Head Office and other stores
Leading with professionalism, warmth, and style
