About the Role
We are seeking workers to assist our clients on day and afternoon shifts performing general labouring tasks, machine operations and other similar tasks.
This is a casual role, however the option for permanency is available for those who are invested and interested. These roles are ongoing roles working Monday - Friday.

Shift Times
Monday - Friday 
Day shift: 6:00am - 1:30pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 10:00pm

Rates: 
Day Shift: $32.73 per hour + superannuation

Afternoon Shift: $39.27 per hour + superannuation

Duties: 

Ensure all Health, Safety & Environmental policies & procedures are adhered to
Specialized cardboard and paper bag manufacturing, working on a production line
Working on multiple cardboard manufacturing machines, you will be responsible for ensuring the paper is being fed into the machine correctly, and removed from the end of the production line with efficiency and accuracy
Quality checks on all products to ensure cutting, gluing and printing are to job order requirements
Machine operation
Develop effective relationships & collaborate with other Operators, Team Leaders and Plant Managers reach successful outcomes
Optimise performance by ensuring planned production and delivery times are met.
 

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

Previous experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably as a Production Worker. 
Terrific attitude towards work and genuinely want to work hard.
Able to pass a drug and alcohol, police and medical check in Collingwood
Availability to work Monday - Friday
