We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Gaming Supervisor to join our team.
This individual will be responsible in overseeing the daily management of operations and supervision of staff. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
 Responsibilities
  • Opening and closing of venue facilities
  • Gaming machine clearance
  • Allocation and Supervision of rostered staff to Club operations
  • Provide training and support to staff
  • Assist in leading and developing teams with strong customer focus
  • Ensure compliance of policies and procedures
  • Venue cleanliness and presentation
Essential Criteria:
  • Full availability including weekends, nights and public holidays
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities to mentor and coach staff
  • Be conscientious, ambitious and reliable
  • Previous leadership experience in the Club industry or similar discipline
  • Current RSA and RCG competency card
  • Current police check
Desirable Experience
  • Fire Evacuation/Fire Warden Training
  • Armed Robbery Training
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Generous salary of 80K-85K per annum plus super for the right applicant.
