About the Role
Our client is a large distribution centre in Trugannina dealing with retail clients in apparel and homewares. They are seeking an individual experienced in warehouse administration to join their team to support and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

This is a newly created role working for a family owned enterprise with incredible national level scale and a renowned terrific company culture.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the DC Manager and key stakeholders, the successful individual for this role will be organised, proactive and excellent at customer service.

Will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations through general administrative tasks as required;
  • Maintain inventory records, investigate stock variance and co-ordinate stocktake activities;
  • Process online orders and ensure all inbound and outbound orders are fulfilled;
  • Customer quantity claims investigations;
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure stock and orders are appropriately fulfilled;
  • Manage warehouse supplies.

About You :
You will be an experienced administration professional with previous warehousing/logistics experience, superior excel skills and outstanding customer service ability.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience within Warehouse Operations and administration
  • Strong Excel skills along with other programs in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience liaising directly with customers
