About the Role

Our client is a well known retailer brand who are seeking an EA to support two of their General Managers and their wider teams, based just outside the Melb CBD.

The role works closely with the retail operations so someone with a retail operations background would be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel coordination (when possible)
  • Provide a high level of administrative support
  • Diary management
  • Processing expenses
  • Event management of Retail Sales Conventions
  • Creating and maintaining various operational reports
  • Providing general administration support and assisting with other adhoc tasks as required

About You

Full working rights in Australia, as well as a double covid vaccination in line with government health mandate as well as:

  • At least 1+ years’ experience in similar EA position
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent organisational skills
