Property Administrator – 6 months contract

Our client is a major Energy and Resources Organsiation who are based in State of the Art Prestige offices in the Melbourne CBD adjacent to Southern Cross Station.


An opportunity exists in their Property department to start immediately on a 6 month contract, reporting to the Head Of Property.


The Property Administrator will manage the property data base which would include data entry, uploading of documents and producing regular reporting to share with the wider team as well as, assistance with related legal work, invoice reconciliations and adhoc duties as required.


Responsibilities include:

      • Work collaboratively within the Property team to support the management and administration of leases.
      • Examine executed leases and other tenancy documentation for data extraction.
      • Ensure leases are correctly updated in the system
      • Review environment reports
      • Run analytical reports for settlement data for internal and external stakeholders
      • Work closely with internal Teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly


Must Haves:

      • 2+ year in a similar role
      • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
      • Strong administrative and time management skills
      • Strong problem solving skills
      • Experience in working within Property in a conveyancing or real estate or similar role where you are responsible for settlements and acquisitions.
