About the Role

Our client, a private family based in Melbourne, are seeking an experienced and professional House Manager to work alongside their established team of staff in servicing and maintaining the family home.

 

The role is a live-out position, local travel will be required.

 

Responsibilities include:

        • Responsible for all household’s functional management
        • Responsible for lifestyle management including running errands, personal shopping, researching and travel.
        • Leading all staff, recruitment, scheduling, training, and administration.
        • Managing Accounts and Inventories related to the home
        • Being responsible for the overall security of the house
        • Coordinating activities every day so that the house runs smoothly

 

About You

You will have prior experience working as a House Manager in a private home or have suitable Hospitality Management experience.

 

The ideal candidate will also possess:

        • Possess a high level of integrity, honesty and discretion
        • Have a professional manner and presentation
        • Required to work flexible hours, some weekends

It is Essential you have 

        • A current police and working with children check
        • Have an open, unrestricted drivers license with clean driving history
