Our client is seeking multiple Personal Carers, Assistants in Nursing and Support Workers for Community Care vacancies on a temporary basis.

  • Employment Status: Temporary 3 month contract with possibility to extend

  • Remuneration: Hourly Rate + 9.5% Super + KM Allowance

You’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

We are seeking support workers to work with one of Australia’s fastest growing organisations in Aged and Disabled Care. You will be working within an in-home environment with Aged clients. The role is centred around assisting clients in their homes with daily cleaning and home care support tasks.

You’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

With no two days ever the same, you’ll spend your time on the road completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include:

  • Daily living assistance personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
  • Light Domestic Duties
  • Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
  • Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

Requirements – The successful candidate will have: 

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Home Care, Individual Support, Disability Services or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
  • Current Police Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain this
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential
