About the Company

Our client is an orthopaedic surgeon with expanding practices across NSW. He has experienced a dramatic increase in demand and as a result, is seeking to take on an experienced Medical Receptionist to provide daily support to his practice.

About the Role

This exciting and interesting support role reports to the surgeon, providing daily support to his practice across three locations in Wahroonga, Bella Vista, and Mona Vale.

Your duties will include:

  • Appointment scheduling/booking,
  • Attending to phone calls and queries,
  • Pre-appointment consultations,
  • Managing patient records,
  • Accounting and financial management across quotes, rebates, invoicing, and reconciliations

About You

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organised and meticulous individual with impeccable attention to detail with experience in the medical industry

You will ideally come from an Office Manager or Secretarial role in which you were responsible for coordinating tasks similar to the above. Industry experience is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience working within the medical and healthcare industry
  • Above average computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite
  • Desired experience using BlueChip
  • Strong attention to detail
