About the Role

Our client is a premium hospitality and restaurant brand based in Albury NSW. They have an immediate requirement for a full time Maintenance Manager who MUST also be a qualified electrician who will be responsible for the general day to day maintenance and repairs to ensure all equipment, buildings and surroundings are maintained to deliver a safe and functional environment for guests and staff.

You MUST be a qualified Electrician for this position.

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual, with demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Refrigeration
  • Air Conditioning
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical services
  • General maintenance

Requirements and responsibilities for this role include:

  • Maintain emergency lighting system
  • Maintain all electrical equipment
  • Maintain, test, and tag all equipment
  • General maintenance to basic building structure
  • Maintain a log of day to day works, and materials
  • Able to converse with the current maintenance manager on maintenance, and faults
  • Have clear knowledge of W.H.S
  • Be able to be on call
  • Work a 40 hour week

The successful candidate must have:

  • Current Police Check (essential).
  • Electrician qualifications (Essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A sound understanding of OH&S guidelines.
