About the role

Based in a call centre you will be working alongside national healthcare registers to help people with their medical needs in terms of screening.

The role is based on site in a secure environment so please note working from home is not possible. 

Responsibilities

  • Providing a positive and simple customer service experience across all interactions with customers
  • Being compassionate and understanding with a high level of understanding as the conversation you will be having will be relating to personal health
  • Reach, hit and achieve on KPIs

Skills and experience

We are seeking candidates who are looking to move into a call centre environment with high levels of customer service.

Candidates with experience working in retail or hospitality are highly desirable.

You must be able to deal with sensitive information and scenarios due to working with customers private health needs.

Happy to work in an office / call centre space during lockdowns due to your role as an essential worker.

Please note a police and security check will need to be carried out prior to your employment which must be clear.
