Graduate Inventory Analyst / Allocator – Retail

About the Role

We currently have a fantastic entry level role working within a merchandise team of a major retailer based just outside the Melbourne CBD.

 

This would be perfect for someone who has recently graduated or has up to 12 months experience in a similar role inventory allocations / analysis or planning based role.

 

Responsibilities include

        • Execute timely and accurate allocation of product to stores
        • Create and collate information to use for allocation and replenishment, and identify issues.
        • Produce and distribute weekly stock management reports.
        • Communicate to key stakeholders on store and DC inventory levels.

 

About You

We are seeking candidates we are keen to move into the planning world in their firs role, or candidates who have up to 12 months experience in a similar role.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

        • You will have an analytical mind and knowledge of Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
        • Ideally you would have experience in stock allocations and/or replenishment within a Retail environment either at a store or head office level.
        • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
