About the role

Based in their head office, you will be responsible for sourcing new franchise and commission agents across their operations nationwide to ensure ongoing success.

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Proven end to end recruitment experience is essential
  • Previous experience working within a similar industry within franchisee or commission agent role within an energy supplier or food
  • Possess a good understanding of resourcing, talent strategies and best practice
  • Strong stakeholder management and candidate management skills
