About the Role

Our client is a well known retailer brand who are seeking an EA to support two of thier General Managers and their wider teams, based just outside the Melb CBD.

Responsibilities

  • Travel coordination (when possible)
  • Provide a high level of administrative support
  • Diary management
  • Processing expenses
  • Other adhoc support duties to the MD and the wider team.

About You

  • At least 1+ years’ experience in similar EA position
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent organisational skills
