Our client is a major Australian multi brand retailer who has had exceptional growth within the business over recent years and who are market leaders in their product ranges.

About the role

Our Client is are seeking an eCommerce Operations Manager to join their Online team working directly with the Head of Online to take responsibility for managing the day to day operations related to their eCommerce functions across order fulfilment as well as customer experience and marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead process improvement and efficiencies across ecommerce operations to enable future growth and development
  • Manage 3rd party supplier relationships with our shipping partners including drop shipping and the management of those vendors.
  • Implement strategies to improve the experience of our customers across direct to customer and marketplace customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an ecommerce operations role with focus or exposure across eCommerce operations customer service and marketplace management ideally within a retail or ecommerce business
  • Ability to identify and improve business efficiency through implementation of new systems, processes and automation
