About the Role

Our client is a major energy retailer based in the CBD. They seek a Part Time Costumer Solutions Analyst to work in their customer focused team. The role will be an initial 12 month contract.


In this role you will be looking at process improvements and through that creating amazing customer experiences.


Responsibilities Include:

        • Analyse customer feedback and participate in customer site visits to understand their needs and use this information as a means to identify opportunities for improvement
        • Review all relevant customer feedback and ensure any negative feedback followed through to resolution
        • Regularly analyse Customer Innovation results for your area of the business and report on its success in helping to achieve sales.


About You

We are looking for a candidate that can commence ideally asap who has strong problem solving skills and experience in business improvement.


The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

        • Prior Experience within a similar business analyst or customer solutions role
        • Be extremely accurate, with a high attention to detail
        • Have strong IT Skills across MS Office Suite, Experience using Salesforce JDE, Power BI and Intermediate would also be desirable .
