About the Client and the Role

Our Client is a major international retailer based in Melbourne seeking a highly a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team to efficiently manage and respond to customer and store enquiries while providing a high level of customer service and support to our retail teams.

Your duties will include:

  • Manage the enquires inbox for store teams and customers
  • Manage all customer enquiries and follow through to ensure resolution
  • Liaise closely with other departments internally to obtain relevant information and problem solve challenges
  • Track customer service enquiries and product feedback and ensure these are reported to the relevant teams

About You
We are seeking someone who ideally comes from a customer service background in the retail space.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Full working rights in Australia, as well as a double covid vaccination in line with government health mandates as well as:

  • Strong written communication skills (essential)
  • Able to multi-task and work on several queries at the moment
