About the Role

This is a perfect role for someone currently within the service, hospitality or aviation industry which has taken a hit through lockdowns and wants to move into a more stable industry working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

 

Our client is a premium end of life celebrant company seeking a well presented, and well-spoken individual with a caring personality and strong background within the service industry.

 

You will need to be able to drive so you can travel between their locations which are in North Melbourne and in the West of Melbourne.

 

Responsibilities include

        • General Administration duties
        • Arranging services with clients and liaising with all relevant parties to ensure services are tailored to the clients needs
        • Organising and coordinating with the set-up and assistance with  services
        • Adhoc Admin and Service Duties where needed

 

About You

You will ideally come from a hospitality service industry or aviation background such as flight attendant, restaurant or bar management or similar where customer service has been at the forefront.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: 

        • Current unrestricted drivers license is an essential requirement 
        • Exceptional communication, organisational and administrative skills.
        • Strong computer skills experience with Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
        • Demonstrate compassion and empathy, with an understanding of different values, cultures, beliefs, concerns and respond appropriately.
