Boner/Knife Hand – Meat Processing

  • 37.5hr weeks, Monday-Friday with weekend work available
  • Day Shift 6am-2pm

Important to note before applying:
-You must be comfortable working with livestock in a processing environment.
-You must be capable of highly physical work and consistent, repetitive manual handling of product.

About the Role 
Our client is a well known Australian and family owned meat processing business. They have several vacancies for hard working individuals with a background in Meat Processing or a similar industry who are seeking long term full time hours work with the view to move on to full time employment with our client.

Your duties will include:

  •  Boning out legs, shoulders, cutting racks, bandsaw operations.
  • Trimming any defects or contamination as directed
  • Separating and / or handling offal at the eviscerating table
  • Production work on process line
  • General labouring
  • Chiller room operations

About You 
We are seeking enthusiastic, keen, eager and physically fit individuals who want to work full time with us and our client.
The successful candidate will possess:

  • Meat Processing experience or similar
  • Terrific attitude towards work and eager to work full time hours
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items repeatedly
  • No criminal record
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
