About the Role 
Quest Personnel are an Australian, privately owned national level labour hire and recruitment firm. We have 11 office locations nationally with a strong brand and reputation for quality and excellence in industrial labour hire, workforce management and recruitment.

Recent growth in our Brisbane division has created a terrific opportunity for an enthusiastic, keen and eager individual to join our team to assist with administration and learn industrial recruitment from the ground up.

Reporting to the Brisbane Recruitment Manager, this is a trainee opportunity with no previous experience required, we will teach you everything you need to know including:

  • Screening of applicants
  • Writing and posting job ads
  • Database searching
  • Drug and Alcohol Screening/Police Checking
  • Writing of Referrals
  • Collecting candidate documentation
  • Mobilisation of FIFO workers to mine sites
  • Onsite Recruitment
  • Other administrative duties as required

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Terrific attitude towards work, keen and eager to learn
  • Administration experience
  • Confident on Microsoft Office Suite/Strong Computer Skills
  • Excellent Phone Manner
