About the Role

Quest Personnel are an Australian owned recruitment firm. Our Melbourne office is expanding and we are seeking to appoint and train a Recruitment Coordinator in our White Collar team to work on day to day recruitment activity in our office in Collingwood.

This can be working on roles that include; accounting/finance, marketing, retail, admin and office support roles as well as potentially working in our private client sector including roles such as housekeeping or executive assistance.

This is a trainee role with full training provided. We are looking for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the recruitment industry and is eager to learn.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing day to day recruitment including
    • Sourcing and screening candidates
    • Conducting interviews
    • Writing referrals
    • Reference Checking
  • Liaising directly with clients about their requirements for current postions
  • Updating relevant databases
  • Solving client problems and queries

About You
We are seeking someone who ideally comes from a customer service background or similar who is confident picking up the phone and speaking to candidates and clients alike. You will be an outgoing person who is hard working and keen to establish a career.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Full working rights in Australia, as well as a double covid vaccination in line with government health mandates as well as:

  • Strong written communication skills (essential)
  • Customer service experience or similar experience dealing with clients
  • Able to multi-task and work at an above average fast pace
