Our client is a well established Accounting Firm located in Burwood who are seeking a full time Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join their team.

 

The Role

The focus of this role is to ensure a client focused service wether you are working on the reception or will be administration support to the wider team and as further responsibilities are introduced, the position will offer an excellent opportunity for development and career progression.

 

Duties will include:

      • General Administration duties
      • Answering Telephones
      • Filing/Scanning
      • Mail and Correspondence
      • Support to Administration Staff

 

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will have:

      • Be reliable, efficient and flexible
      • Display excellent time management skills
      • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
      • Have experience in a customer service orientated role or similar admin role
