About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant, outgoing and personable individual to join our Melbourne office in a trainee role, to learn the business from the ground up.

We are looking for an individual seeking to enter into a growing firm for the long-term, with a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment.

You will receive ongoing and direct training from management, so you do not require previous recruitment experience.

Some sales and business development tasks will also make up part of this role.

About your daily duties:

  • Screening resumes
  • Interviewing candidates both over the phone and face to face
  • Shortlisting candidates to send onto clients
  • Carrying out reference checks
  • Building client relationships
  • Following up business leads
  • Other admin duties as and when required

About You 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Willingness to learn

This is an ideal role for someone with an outgoing personality who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and speak with candidates and clients alike.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and will be open to learning an entirely new set of skills in a new area.
