Admin Assistant/Receptionist – Essential Work

Availability for Progression into a Senior Role

 

Responsibilities include:

      • Administration Duties/Customer Service
      • Scheduling and follow up of patient appointments
      • Answering Phone Calls
      • Preparation and maintenance of medical records and clinician support
      • Greeting Patients
      • Other administration and clerical duties including ward administration

 

You will join a friendly team of professionals who pride themselves on offering outstanding service and high-quality care to all patients.

 

Skills and Experience
To be suitable for this role you must be able to evidence proven, and successful, experience in a busy administrative role and a sharp eye for details.

 

Extensive Microsoft Office Skills are essential.

 

Previous Medical Experience is desirable however not essential 

 

An excellent customer service orientation is critical for this role.  Applicants must be self motivated, able to prioritise and multi task whilst working without supervision, and be willing to help out to ensure team goals are met on a daily and monthly basis.

 

This position is only available to those with Australian Citizenship and the willingness to undergo and maintain a security clearance.
