About the role

This is an ASAP opportunity to join an Australian-owned waste management company based in Echuca VIC as an Administrative Assistant.

You will be assisting with general administrative work on a casual basis for up to 10 hours per week and covering any holiday/ maternity leave.

Your duties will include the following:

      • Answering incoming calls and emails,
      • Data entry,
      • General office management such as stock ordering,
      • Providing admin support,
      • Documenting, filing, archiving,

 

 

About You

We are seeking an administrative professional with previous experience working within an office space. You will be proactive and have strong organizational skills, and able to work autonomously and with the team.

The successful candidate will possess:

      • Office experience handling administrative tasks or similar,
      • Strong organizational skills,
      • Attention to detail
