About the client 
Our client is a leading freight and logistics provider offering a complete end-to-end service inclusive of pick up at origin, air freight and sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing and transport. Seeking experienced HC Drivers with Container experience and a valid MSIC card (issued by 1-stop) to work out of Altona North.

Shift time 
4:30pm start
10-12hour shifts

Rate 
$38.00-$43.32 p/hour

Duties & Responsibilities 
  • 12 months experience in container loading and unloading.
  • Pick-up and delivery of goods to and from the wharf and customer premises.
  • MUST have a valid MSIC card issued by 1-stop.
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer requirements are met on a daily basis.
  • Filling out daily run-sheets with pre-trip inspection details.
  • Understanding and respecting our fleet.
About You:
  • Available Monday - Friday
  • Available for weekend overtime as needed
  • Previous experience driving HC/MC Trucks
  • Good work ethic and driven to succeed
  • MSIC card from 1-Stop  
  • Previous experience collecting from Wharfs
Successful candidates will possess:
  • Meet all the above criteria.
  • Able to pass premedical clearance and criminal history check.
  • Clean Driving History.
  • Previous experience driving HC with Current HC licence.
  • Able to provide relevant references.
