Our client, a mobile truck washing company is seeking skilled HC Drivers with yard tug expertise!
Step into a dynamic driving role within this mobile truck washing company. We require a proficient driver with a Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi-Combination (MC) licence, ideally with yard tug experience, to expertly navigate client vehicles through our wash bays & customer sites.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our state-of-the-art wash plants are where they need to be and that our clients' vehicles are moved through the cleaning process with efficiency and care. This position offers variety and the opportunity to work closely with our truck washing team in a fast-paced environment.

Day shifts (starting at 6:00 am)
Rate:
$35/hour + penalties
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and accurately manoeuvre a range of vehicles, including prime movers, body trucks, and trailers, through the wash bay at our customer sites.
Perform pre-start checks on our vehicles, maintaining high safety standards.
Collaborate with wash bay staff and site personnel to ensure smooth operation and vehicle flow.
Experience with yard tugs is advantageous, given the tight manoeuvring often needed on-site.
Requirements:
Hold a current
HC or MC licence
with a clean driving record.
Demonstrated ability in handling heavy vehicles safely across different settings, including confined areas.
Yard tug operation experience is highly valued for precise vehicle placement.
A commitment to safety and attention to detail in all aspects of vehicle handling.
Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions.
Physical capability for routine vehicle inspections and minor adjustments.
Candidates for these positions will have their HC or MC Licence and have proven experience and reliability in previous positions, particularly with local deliveries.
