Meat Processor Worker

About our Client
Our client is a major company in the pet food production industry and has been operating in Australia for over 50 years. Recent growth in their Ingleburn Factory has created opportunities for motivated and hardworking meat processors to work from their distribution warehouse. 
  
About The Role
You will be handling raw meat and processing it by feeding it through an industrialized meat grinder and then mixing the products with powders following recipes and standard procedures closely in order to produce pet food products. 
  
Location: Ingleburn, NSW
Contract: Casual with a view to permanency
Hours: 6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday (38 hours p/w)
Start Date: ASAP
Rates: $35.65 p/h + Super
  
About You
Successful candidates will be comfortable working with raw meat and pet food. You will also have a strong work ethic and be able to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy. 

Essential Criteria
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to personal transport
  • Machine operation experience essential
  • Meat plant or pet food warehouse experience desirable but not essential
  • Physically fit and can stand for long periods of time
  • Must be reliable and punctual
