Temp Receptionist/Admin Assistant – ASAP Start

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant or Receptionist to join our friendly team.

 

This position is a Temporary position for 2-3 Weeks with the potential to extend to full-time employment 

 

Key duties will include:

      • Greeting and billing patients
      • Managing patient phone and email enquiries
      • Stocking and maintaining reception and consultation rooms
      • Opening and closing the clinic
      • General administration duties

 

To be considered for this role you must:

      • Have experience as a Medical Receptionist or Admin
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Neat and professional presentation.
      • Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
      • Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
