This opportunity offers you the ability to use your management skills to oversee a Specialist clinic in Box Hill to ensure that your team provides a high quality service to doctors, patients and all stakeholders associated both within and outside the practice.
Job tasks and responsibilities
You will take responsibility for managing a large team of stable employees to ensure that the highest levels of service are maintained.
Your team is responsible for clerical, technical and professional duties within the practice and also covers, reception, security, cleaning, car park etc.
You will oversee all contracts, and the financial status of the practice ensuring accurate reports are provided to management on a timely basis.
Oversee financial activities, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, payroll, debt collection and preparation of financial reports.
You will manage the practice both from a day to day supervision of operations, systems and procedures, but also ensuring ongoing development of the organisation and its systems maximise productivity ensuring best practice is always maintained.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have held the role of practice manager in a smaller or similar sized practice,
