About the business

Our client is an Aus. owned connivence and QSR retailer supplier with operations nationwide.

 

About the role

Based in their head office, you will be responsible for sourcing new store managers for their franchise stores as well as commission agents across their operations nationwide to ensure ongoing success.

 

Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

      • You will source, attract and recruit talent in order to support the continual growth of the business
      • You will establish and maintain a pool of potential candidates and who are keen to join in the future as needed

 

Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates with the following:

      • Proven end to end recruitment experience is essential
      • Previous experience working within recruitment in a similar industry
      • Experience recruiting across retail, store mangers, franchisees or commission agents would also be highly desired
      • Possess a good understanding of resourcing, talent strategies and best practice
      • Strong stakeholder management and candidate management skills
