About the Role

Quest Personnel are an Australian owned recruitment firm. Our Melbourne office is expanding and we are seeking to appoint a Data Entry Assistant to help with the timely processing of time sheets and invoices across out temp staff.

Your duties will include:

  • Inputting new jobs into our recruitment system
  • Sending on boarding documents to new starters
  • Chasing up of timesheet approvals

About You
We are seeking someone who ideally comes from a customer service or admin background ideally within the finance sector. This is a high volume role so you will need to be comfortable dealing with a number of requests a day.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Full working rights in Australia, as well as a double avoid vaccination in line with government health mandates as well as:

  • Strong written communication skills (essential)
  • Customer service experience or similar experience dealing with clients
  • Able to multi-task and work at an above average fast pace
