About the Role
Quest Personnel are an Australian owned workforce management firm. Our Sydney business is expanding and we are seeking to appoint and train a Recruitment Coordinator in our Blue Collar team to manage day to day recruitment activity and liaise with some of our key clients.
This is a full time permanent role that will involve flexible working. You will be working either from home or onsite with our clients. You will also be required to check in to our city office on a weekly basis.
This is a trainee role with full training provided. We are looking for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the recruitment industry and is eager to learn.

We are seeking someone who ideally comes from a customer service background or similar who is confident picking up the phone and speaking to candidates and clients alike. You will be an outgoing person who is hard working and keen to establish a career.
