Quest Personnel is a national recruitment company who are currently seeking Spray-Painter Operators for the Welshpool area.

This thriving organisation is a leader in its market space. With a location in Welshpool, WA we are looking for Spray-Painters who are keen on working a day shifts. This work offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Location:
Welshpool, WA

Roster:
Monday to Friday - (Approx. 38 Hours per week) 6:00am to 2:30pm

Pay Rate:
$30 to $35 per hour (depending on experience)

In this role you will be:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
  • Mix and match paint colours to specifications.
  • Operate and maintain spray painting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Apply paint evenly and accurately to large mining radiators.
  • Monitor drying times and apply additional coats as needed.
  • Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while working.

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Experience as a spray painter or some experience with painting
  • Training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
