About the Role
Our client, a leading Distribution Centre based in Truganina-3029 and Footscray-3011, is seeking for you to join their team. Successful applicants will be rewarded with ongoing work.


Shift Times
Morning shifts: Start time ranges between 6am-8:30am
Afternoon shift: Start time is 10:00am (during peak season this can be changed to a 2-3pm start)


Duties
Inbound Department 
This role involves unloading goods from shipping containers, sorting and organizing goods by type, destination, or for distribution. The suitable candidate should be able to lift 20kg. 

Picking Departments
Picking items for store replenishment or customer orders direct. 
This involves picking using a voice picking headset. All items are clothing, apparel or stationery. Assembly of cardboard boxes for retail picking. 
Packing orders to go out to customers' homes. 

Replenishment
This role includes loading trollies with fill full boxes of stock, to be replenished into the pick isles to ensure orders can be filled. 


About You
Our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals with a terrific attitude and a proven history of stability and reliability as well as someone who is safety conscious and reliable.

The successful candidates will possess:
  • Able to commit to work 5 days a week
  • Available for immediate start
  • Full UNRESTRICTED working rights
  • Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Please note that due to the nature of the work and needing to be able to work 5 days a week, our client is NOT accepting student VISAs (subclass 500) at this time.
