Machine Operator Needed - Day shift and Night Shift

About the Role:
Our client is a well-known manufacturing and distribution business in Truganina - 3029.  Recent growth has created multiple opportunities for factory workers to join their business on an ongoing casual basis with a view to permanency.

Day Shift:     6:00AM - 3:00PM - $33.59 per hour + super
Night Shift: 10:00PM - 6:00AM - $41.14 per hour + super

Duties: 
Morning Shift:
- Working on a corrugator machine, you will be responsible for ensuring the paper is being fed into the machine correctly.
- Quality checks
- Machine operation
- Calibration of machine settings
- Forklift licence with grab attachment experience is highly regarded to assist with loading the paper reels into the corrugator feeder.

Night Shift:
- Lift and cut cardboard
- Quality checks
- Machine operation
- Calibration of machine settings

About You:
You will be a reliable, enthusiastic, fit and strong individual who is seeking long-term, full-time employment.  You will have full availability to work full-time hours, Monday - Friday.
  • Essential Selection Criteria:
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
  • Positive attitude with the desire and ability to learn and establish a career in manufacturing
  • Proof of a stable, reliable work history with minimal to no days off
  • Ability to work full-time hours, Monday - Friday
  • Immediate and full availability to work
  • Clean police record
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol test as well as random onsite testing
