About the Role:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our client's team in Hobart. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality food & beverage services, ensuring a welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Setting up and preparing the dining room for service
• Serving meals, drinks, and assisting at functions (including bar service)
• Preparing food, salads, and beverages
• Managing and replenishing stock, storeroom duties, and HACCP paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, including dishwashing and general cleaning

Requirements:

• RSA (or willing to obtain before starting)
• Current Police Check (within last 30 days)
• Ability to obtain Defence Clearance (Australian Citizenship required unless Defence approves otherwise)
• Valid Driver’s Licence 
• Availability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and across a Monday–Sunday roster
• A friendly, flexible “all-rounder” with strong people skills and attention to detail
