Duration: Temp work through to Christmas, with potential to go ongoing based on reliability & performance
Take a hands-on role in keeping our production lines running smoothly! We are seeking experienced Production Operators / Machine Operators with a current Forklift Licence to join our team working with one of Australia’s leading cardboard manufacturing facilities.
About the Role
You will play a key part in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality production within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Start Times: Between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery
Accurately feed raw materials into equipment
Stack, bundle, and palletise finished products
Complete routine quality checks and inspections
Safely operate forklifts for material handling (where licence and experience apply)
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Additional Requirements
Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) – highly regarded
Relevant industry qualifications or certificates (manufacturing, mechanical, process operations) are an advantage
What We’re Looking For
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team
Willing and able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
Clean police record
White Card (Construction Induction Card) – desirable
Relevant qualifications or industry certificates (manufacturing, mechanical, process operations) – an advantage
